You are warmly invited to join us at 6.30pm Friday 21 July, for the opening night of the 2023 Fine Art@Hale Exhibition.
The Fine Art@Hale Exhibition was the brainchild of Headmaster John Inverarity who, in 1993, was looking for an event that welcomed Old Boys back to the school and which would simultaneously work to enrich the life of the school.
The annual Fine Art@Hale exhibition showcases the work of emerging and established Western Australian artists across the creative media of painting, photography, mixed media, sculpture, glass, ceramics and jewellery. It has become a highly anticipated event on the Hale School calendar that provides current Hale students, Old Haleians, Hale families and the wider community an engagement with the visual arts and professional artists in an educational environment.
The redevelopment of Memorial Hall means that the exhibition will once again be staged in Hale’s Main Administration Building. The re-invention of this building into an exhibition space was a resounding success in 2022 and the committee looks forward to another creative installation which will display our artists’ work at its best.
