Proposed Changes to the Constitution

The Old Haleians’ Association propose to make some minor changes to the Association’s Constitution and invite all members to view the proposed changes.

The Proposed changes put forward by the OHA Committee can be viewed HERE.

All proposed changes are marked on the document in red text on pages 1, 5, 7, 13 and 19 and concern the following sections of the Constitution: 2, 12(2), 16(7), 16(8), 23(3), 33(5).

Hard copies are also available on request.

The changes will be put forward to members via a special resolution for approval
at the next Annual General Meeting held in Memorial Hall on Old Boys’ Day, 20 March 2020. ​
