Requests must be made by submitting an Application Form and once received, will be referred to the ‘Lending a Hand’ sub-committee for consideration.
Once approved and therefore deemed ‘acceptable’ the request will be acted upon accordingly. The applicant will be put in contact with an Old Boy volunteer or if necessary the ‘request type’ will be publicised to locate a willing helper.
There is no fee for participating in the scheme.
It is anticipated that assistance may well be provided without charge – however any charge (including a discounted charge) for the provision of the assistance requested can be discussed and agreed upon by the applicant directly with the volunteer.
