This edition is the first to feature an Old Haleian on the cover. Trent Baljeu (2011-15) took part in the Old Haleians’ Association’s inaugural parenting workshop for new fathers in 2025. It is just one of the valuable initiatives offered through the OHA’s EMPOWER program, which launched in 2025 and provides free wellbeing support for Old Haleians along the life journey.
This edition of the Haleian also uncovers the new Science and Engineering Centre, currently under construction, as well as the Health Centre extension to integrate allied health and wellbeing support.
We also acknowledge a historical year in PSA sport with our 1st teams securing eight trophies in 2025 – a first for Hale School and only the second time this has been achieved by any PSA school!
Changes are coming to boarding this year with Brine House being dedicated to Year 7 boarders only, in line with the day school structure, and the Senior Boarding House welcoming Year 8s.
