MensTalk established as a Not For Profit in early 2021 with the aim of mainstreaming conversation around wellness and masculinity for all who identify as male. They are passionate about the inclusion of the mind and healthy mental habits as a vital part of overall, holistic wellbeing.In addition to other services, MensTalk in partnership with the Be Well Co—an entity of the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI), offers a comprehensive suite of mental wellbeing programs. These programs, scientifically backed and rigorously tested, are designed to enhance mental wellbeing in various community and organisational settings. With the collaboration of Be Well Co certified facilitators, MensTalk delivers these transformative programs, contributing to the broader goal of nurturing flourishing mental states across diverse populations.
Katitjin Mind Places
In addition to our practical workshops and accompanying resources delivered through our wellness initiative EMPOWER, MensTalk have dedicated activation hubs located in Scarborough and Busselton.
