ADDITIONAL RESOURCES TO SUPPORT EXPECTANT AND NEW DADS

SMS4dads is a free service that sends expectant dads 3 tailored messages per week, which relate to the age and stage of their baby. Messages begin from as early as 12 weeks into their partner's pregnancy up until their baby turns one.  Some messages provide tips and encouragement. Others are health-related with developmental information related to caring for their baby. Messages are also about being mindful of their own health and ways to support their partner.
