            RENEWED FOCUS ON

            LEADERSHIP

Hale School recognises that leadership is an integral part of
student wellbeing. Our motto ‘Duty’ is central to all that we do
and is in close alignment with the Anglican tradition of servant
leadership. Through leadership, our hope is that boys will
emerge from their journey through Hale inspired to live their
lives purposefully and to be men for others.
Hale School provides opportunities for all students to learn about
leadership and apply their learning in real contexts within the
school setting and beyond. Students are entrusted to assume
real and tangible roles, exercise autonomy, and be accountable link in with the School Prefect leadership team, Pastoral Care
