Preview Opening Night: Friday 27 July with Guest Speaker, Ross Wallman (1999-04), Radio Presenter on Nova 93.7 and Muscular Dystrophy WA advocate.

Enjoy drinks and canapés amongst the wonderful work of professional WA artists such as Brendon Darby, Eveline Kotai and Norm Wilson who will be exhibiting alongside some innovative emerging artists including Jarrad Martyn, Shona McGregor and Ariel Katzir.
 
A vast array of paintings, glass, jewellery, sculpture and ceramics will be on sale to ticket holders at the Cocktail Preview, prior to being available to the general public over the exhibition weekend, so join us at the opening night to avoid missing out on your favourite artwork.
 
Participating artists will be in the running for a number of awards over the weekend with the Fine Art committee again sponsoring the lucrative Best Artwork Award of $4000 and the Best Emerging Artist Award of $1000. The popular People’s Choice Award will return again this year and is sponsored by MindLink Psychology.
 
Prizes for our Luxe Raffle include jewellery from Keiko Uno, a case of Leeuwin Estate ‘Art Series’ wine, a glass vase by exhibiting artist Anne Sorensen and jewellery from Cynthia Poh.  Raffle tickets ($5 each) are available for purchase from Memorial Hall, 24 – 29th July.
 

All proceeds from the art exhibition are channeled directly back into art at Hale School via funding of an art scholarship for a Year 12 student, a monetary art prize for an additional student, as well as financial contributions towards artistic enrichment projects at the school.

 
Tickets to the Cocktail Preview on Friday 27 July, 6.30pm to 9.00pm are $50, include drinks and canapés and can be purchased here
